Our goal is to build long-term customer relationships, therefore our service doesn’t end with the purchase of a property. In fact, it doesn’t necessarily have to start with a purchase either: in many cases, the relationship has begun with the services we offer to homeowners. Behind every long-term customer relationship there is always mutual trust and satisfaction.
Our services for holiday homeowners were born out of their own needs. Worrying about an empty second home can be a big concern when you live far away in another country.

How we help
Our services for holiday home owners include:
- 01Keyholding Service: We keep your spare key in our key locker at the nearest office. You can collect it yourself or authorize somebody else to collect it during our office hours free of charge. (a fee will be added if outside office hours). An authorization must always be done in advance by writing or emailing us. The keyholding period is always 12 months long.
- 02House Check Service: While you are in your home country we can visit your property by appointment to check that everything is fine. On a basic visit, we empty the mailbox, run tap water for several minutes through the drains, ventilate the whole apartments, and check that all windows and doors are properly closed and locked. After the visit, we will send you a photo or video report of the apartment. We can visit your apartment at your request or regularly even once a month. We can customize the content of your visit according to the needs of your apartment.
- 03Holiday or long term rental service: Our service covers everything involved in renting out your property. Demand for good-quality homes is high in both the long-term and short-term rental markets.
- 04Cleaning and arrival & departure services: Even when your home is empty, dust builds up indoors and sand collects on the terraces. To avoid spending your first day cleaning, you can order a cleaning service from us before or after your stay. Our professional cleaners will leave your home spotless. Want to make your arrival even nicer? We can stock the fridge with breakfast items or evening snacks, or even strawberries and champagne waiting for you when you walk in. We can also arrange airport transfers with our partner, a local taxi company.
- 05Renovation services: If your home needs renovating, whether it’s a fresh coat of paint or a bigger project, our experienced professional partners will take care of it. Let's ask a quote from them!
