Torrevieja

Torrevieja Torrevieja is Zariko’s home. Our first office opened here in 2009. This coastal city in the south of the Costa Blanca is known for its beaches, marina, salt lakes and large international community. It offers a very wide range of properties, from city-centre apartments and penthouses to bungalows near the sea. Popular neighbourhoods include Playa del Cura, Aldea del Mar, Parque de las Naciones, Las Torretas and La Mata. Here we sell, rent long term and manage holiday rentals. Most of our holiday apartments are in and around Torrevieja.

Orihuela Costa

Orihuela Costa is the coastal strip just south of Torrevieja, made up of urbanisations such as Aguamarina, Punta Prima, Villamartin, Playa Flamenca and Los Altos, with several golf courses nearby. It is one of the main areas for both resale homes and new developments in our portfolio. You will find apartments, bungalows and townhouses in residential complexes, including a spa-resort development next to the Villamartín golf course and apartments in the Vista Azul residential in Punta Prima. It suits buyers looking for a holiday home, or a lock-up-and-leave base near the beach and golf. We also have holiday rentals here, including townhouses with their own yard.

Pilar de la Horadada and Torre de la Horadada

Pilar de la Horadada and its coastal district, Torre de la Horadada, lie at the southern end of the Costa Blanca, right by the border with the Region of Murcia. The area has a quieter, more residential feel, with long beaches and a lively local town centre. We offer new-build contemporary villas in Mil Palmeras, as well as long-term rentals such as larger chalets. This makes the area a great fit for families and for people planning to settle permanently rather than only visit.

Vega Baja inland: Ciudad Quesada, Algorfa, Almoradí and surroundings

We group several inland towns of the Vega Baja into one search area: Ciudad Quesada, Algorfa, Dolores, Almoradí, San Miguel de Salinas and San Fulgencio. They are just a short drive from the coast and are known for villa-style residential areas, local markets and lower prices than beachfront locations. You will find city-centre apartments in Almoradí, as well as new-build villas in nearby Los Montesinos (La Herrada). This is the area for buyers who want more space for their budget and are happy to be a few minutes from the sea instead of right on it.

Guardamar del Segura, Santa Pola and Alicante city area

North of Torrevieja, we also cover Guardamar del Segura, Santa Pola and the wider Alicante city area. Guardamar is known for its dunes, pine forest and river-mouth beaches. Santa Pola has a fishing port, salt flats and boat trips to the island of Tabarca, and Alicante city offers an urban lifestyle, an international airport and a full range of services. Each area can be searched separately on our website, giving you a choice between small coastal towns and a lively city.

Mar Menor: Lo Pagán and San Pedro del Pinatar

Our second office, opened in 2014, is in Lo Pagán in the Region of Murcia, and it anchors our presence on the Costa Cálida. Lo Pagán and neighbouring San Pedro del Pinatar sit on the northern shore of the Mar Menor, close to the salt flats and a regional nature park. They are popular for their calm waters and year-round living. Our listings here range from modest flats and bungalows to detached villas, including some of our larger family homes and a villa with a heated pool. There is also a steady supply of long-term rentals, such as duplexes and semi-detached houses.

Mar Menor: Los Alcázares and San Javier

Besides our home base in Lo Pagán, we also have homes in the towns around it, such as Los Alcázares and San Javier. The sheltered, warm water makes the area popular for water sports, families and retirees, and it generally offers more affordable apartments and townhouses than the open Mediterranean coast. You can select the Mar Menor as its own area on our website, alongside the individual towns.

Murcia interior, Alhama Signature Golf and Almería

Beyond our main areas, we also cover inland Murcia, the Alhama Signature Golf resort and the province of Almería. Alhama is a golf resort community inland in the Region of Murcia, and Almería lies further south on the Andalusian coast. Costa Blanca North and North Interior

We also offer properties in the northern Costa Blanca and its inland hills. Here you will find more exclusive villas and modern apartments with sea views, since the landscape is hillier and not as flat as in Murcia or the south of the Costa Blanca. This is the more upmarket end of our portfolio, in contrast with the more affordable apartments and bungalows in the south.
