Zariko’s holiday rental apartment selection offers a wide range of well-equipped holiday apartments in the areas of Torrevieja (Alicante) and San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia). The total booking price always includes rent, electricity, water, apartment internet access, bed linens & towels, and final cleaning. There are no unexpected extra charges!

Our holiday rental apartments can be booked from five nights to several weeks or even months. The total booking price covers the entire reserved period, including all costs for the stay.

For flexible longer stays, our Zariko Extended Stays apartments are available for bookings starting from 10 nights, for weeks – or even months, according to your needs. The Zariko Extended Stays apartment prices always include rent, electricity, water, apartment internet access, bed linens & towels, and final cleaning. You can recognize these apartments by the Extended Stays logo in their listing photos.

Please note that for late-night check-ins (between 21:00 and 09:00), we charge a night-time service fee of 100.00 EUR.
