Our approach
At Zariko we manage your rental from start to finish: key handover, cleaning, maintenance and any problems that come up. Our service grew out of the needs of our clients living abroad, and we look after your property as if it were our own.
Holiday and short-term rental
If you only use your home part of the year, you can book your own dates in advance and we rent it to guests the rest of the time.
We take care of the licence and registrations for you.
Long-term rental
We also manage long-term rentals, and demand is high. If you don’t use the property yourself or want a steady, regular income, long-term rental may be the right choice for you. We’re happy to help you decide which option best suits your situation.
