Holiday and long-term rentals

Whether you are coming for a week in the sun or settling in for the winter or longer, we are with you from the first booking to the moment you hand back the keys. Here is how renting with us works, step by step.

Step 1: Choose your property

Holiday rental

We have over 50 holiday homes & Zariko Extended Stays Properties, so there is always something to choose from. You can also find some of our holiday apartments on Airbnb. Browse the full selection on our website.The minimum stay depends on the property:

• Holiday homes: 5 nights
• Zariko Extended Stays Properties: 10 nights (only in Alicante province)

Prices vary by season, number of nights and apartment. Our rental calculator shows the total price with everything included:

• Final cleaning
• Water and electricity
• Internet
• A discount for longer stays

Tip: If you are planning to visit between June and August or during holiday periods, we recommend booking at least six months in advance to have the widest choice of available apartments.

Long-term rental

Apartments usually come with basic furniture and appliances and are rented as they are. Contracts are fixed-term and can usually be extended if you are a good tenant.

Please note that internet service is generally not included. You will need to arrange and contract your own connection directly with a provider.

Tip: Before arranging viewings, send us your financial documents so we can check that your income meets the requirements for your chosen property. As a general guideline, monthly rent should not exceed 40% of your monthly income.

Having your documents ready in advance also helps us complete the application and approval process more quickly, saving time for everyone.
