Through our network of more than 450 collaborating estate agencies, we can extend your property's visibility even further.
From the initial valuation and marketing to handling enquiries and the signing of the deeds at the notary, we coordinate the process and keep you informed at every stage.

Certificates included
When your property is sold through a direct listing with Zariko, we provide the required Energy Performance Certificate (CEE) and, where applicable, the Certificate of Habitability at no additional cost.
Selling your property from abroad? We can take care of the details.
You don't need to be in Spain to prepare your property for sale. If you are abroad or unable to visit, we can help organise everything needed to get your property ready for the market.
Our additional concierge services can include:
- Preparing and organising the property before photography and viewings.
- Home staging to help present the property at its best.
- Removing personal belongings, furniture and other items.
- Arranging packing and shipping of personal belongings if required.
- Coordinating other practical arrangements to prepare the property for sale.
These services are available on request and are charged separately, depending on the work and services required. They are not included in our standard estate agency commission.
