Are you our new rental consultant?

We, at Zariko tribe, are looking for a new member to be a rental consultant to join our growing tribe. If you are a Finnish speaking hardworking person with energy, integrity and a positive attitude and customer service passionates you, we are offering you the opportunity to become a member of our international team.

The job is exiting as you will work with our international clients from all over the world.

As a rental consultant your responsibilities would be:
           - attending our clients in the office face to face, by phone and by email and at the rental properties while checking them in or out or when needed
           - to plan and conduct direct marketing activities together with team 
           - to develop and maintain a client database
           - organise and conduct rental activities such as writing contracts, preparing properties before tenants, doing check-in & outs at the rental properties, contacting
              our subcontractors (cleaning company, maintenance) or other parties such as water, electricity, Internet, insurance companies when needed.

You will be required to have a BBA degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience. Daily needed languages are Finnish, Spanish and English (written and spoken). As the work is not only in the office, you need to have a clean driving license.
The position is available for an immediate start and will be a full-time contract.
