Holiday & long term rentals

Our selection of rental apartments is very diverse! Currently, we have almost 100 properties for holiday and long term rental around Torrevieja (Alicante) and Lo Pagán (Murcia).

When booking a holiday home, it is good to be an early bird so that you do not miss out on the perfect apartment. Many of our properties are reserved months ahead!
Unless stated otherwise, we only charge a security deposit on top of the rental price. For late check-in, we charge 100eur.

A long-term rental agreement is drawn up when the tenant is planning to stay in Spain permanently. Contracts are usually made for 11 months. Long-term rental apartments cannot, as a rule, be booked many months in advanced, but are leased at the latest one month before the beginning of the lease. The tenant candidate must provide a passport, a NIE number if he/she has one, an income statement and a good credit score. The tenant must also have a local account number for direct debits for charging electricity and water.
