As our goal is to create long-term customer relationships, our service does not end with the purchase of a property. It does not necessarily have to start with the purchase, but in many cases, the relationship has started from these services offered to the holiday homeowner. Behind a long-term customer relationship, there is always mutual trust and satisfaction.
Our services offered to holiday homeowners are born out of their own needs. Concerns about an empty second home can be big when you live far away in another country.
We offer the following services for holiday homeowners
Keyholding service
We keep your spare key in our key locker at the nearest office. You can collect it yourself or authorize somebody else to collect it during our office hours free of charge. (a fee will be added if outside office hours).
An authorization must always be done in advance by writing or emailing us.
The keyholding period is always 12 months long.
Check house service
While you are in your home country we can visit your property by appointment to check that everything is fine.
On a basic visit, we empty the mailbox, run tap water for several minutes through the drains, ventilate the whole apartments, and check that all windows and doors are properly closed and locked.
After the visit, we will send you a photo or video report of the apartment. We can visit your apartment at your request or regularly even once a month. We can customize the content of your visit according to the needs of your apartment.
Holiday or long term rental service
If you don’t spend much time in your apartment we can also help you rent it. Through us, you can rent your apartment for a long or short period of time. Our staff will be happy to assess the rentability of your apartment and help you plan the equipment of your apartment to maximize occupancy.
During the local summer season (July-August) there is always a shortage of good holiday homes.
Our service covers everything related to the rental of the property. In holiday rentals, we register the apartments with the tourism authority and the Guardia Civil (police) in accordance with the law.

Cleaning and renovation services
Although the apartment is empty, dust accumulates inside and sand on the terraces. Especially in this area, on the shores of the Mediterranean, the wind brings sand from the Sahara in the form of a sandstorm. To avoid spoiling your first day by cleaning the apartment, you can order a cleaning service from us before or after your stay. Our professional cleaners will leave your apartment spotless.
If you want to, you can also order breakfast or evening snacks from us, or even strawberries and champagne could be waiting in the fridge at your arrival.
You can also book airport transfers through us. Our partner is a local taxi company.
