Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Rental Consultant, you will be fundamental in managing our services, including:

• Client Attendance: Handle client communication face-to-face in the office, by phone, email, and at the rental properties for check-ins, check-outs, or when needed.
• Strategic Marketing: Plan and implement direct marketing activities in collaboration with the team.
• Database Management: Develop, maintain, and optimize our client database.
• Rental Operations: Organize and execute all rental activities, including:
  • Writing contracts.
  • Preparing properties for new tenants.
  • Conducting check-ins and check-outs at the properties.
  • Coordinating with our subcontractors (cleaning company, maintenance) and other parties (water, electricity, Internet, insurance companies) as required.

Essential Requirements:

• Education: BBA degree or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Languages: Daily fluency (written and spoken) in Finnish, Spanish, and English.
• Mobility: A clean driving license is required, as the work involves travel outside the office.
