This penthouse, which has just arrived in our selection, is a sun-worshipper’s dream. The apartment isn’t equipped with just one balcony—it boasts a whopping four of them. The sea is only 450 meters away and the nearest sandy beach 750 meters, but when the urge to swim strikes, just take the elevator down to the ground floor. The building features a heated swimming pool with sun loungers for residents’ use, as well as a shadier lounge area nearby where, in addition to swimming, there are other activities for the little ones. The common area is topped off by a sauna available for residents to rent. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms with double beds, as well as two modern bathrooms with showers. One of the bathrooms is connected to the master bedroom. The master bedroom also opens onto a glassed-in balcony, where the dining table can be extended to accommodate a larger group of dinner guests using an extension leaf. All balconies offer several comfortable spots for relaxing and spending time together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect from a modern kitchen—a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
