In addition to the view, this apartment complex’s courtyard offers everything—and then some more you could hope for on vacation. Instead of just one pool, there are three—one of which is heated for winter swimmers. In addition to the regular pools, the grounds feature a jacuzzi, and right next to it is a summer bar—a wonderful place to grab refreshments to cool off from the summer heat. Just a short distance away, the Punta Prima shopping center features a large grocery store, several different restaurants, a pharmacy, a cosmetics store, and various beauty salons. A short drive away is the large La Zenia shopping center. The interior of the apartment is a modern two-bedroom unit. The spacious living room opens onto a large, partially glassed-in balcony offering views of the sea and the distant horizon. Adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen is a utility room dedicated to laundry, which features both a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment has two bathrooms, both located between the bedrooms. The modern bathrooms are equipped with spacious vanity units and walk-in showers. The bed in the master bedroom offers sea views, and the windows of the smaller bedroom provide a view of the lush greenery of Punta Prima. Both bedrooms also have televisions, and on darkening evenings, it’s wonderful to curl up by the sea and watch your favorite show under a blanket. The beds sleep four, and the living room sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests. The vacation home includes a private garage—which stays wonderfully cool in the summer—so you won’t have to stress about finding a parking spot here.
