We, at Zariko tribe, are looking for a new member, an office coordinator, in the Torrevieja office and some days in the Lo Pagán office or vice versa.
Are you a sales-orientated and organised person? Do you like to work with international clients in multiple languages? Does your smile last until the end of the busiest day? If you answered yes, then you might be interested in joining our tribe!
Your tasks would be:
- attending clients in the office, by phone and by email
- to plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- to develop and maintain a customer database
- to organise viewings, valuations and client meetings for salespersons and our collaborators
- to help out with rental activities such as writing contracts, preparing properties before tenants, doing check-in & outs at the rental properties and other tasks when needed together with the colleagues
You will be required to have a BBA degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience. English, Spanish, French, German and Finnish are the most spoken languages among our clients. Therefore the minimum requirement is to speak and write fluently Spanish and English. A third language is a big plus. As the work is not only in the office, you need a clean driving license.
The position is available for an immediate start and will be a full-time contract.
